Danny Dimas is a lifelong resident on the San Mateo county coastline in Half Moon Bay / El Granada. Along with with local knowledge of the Half Moon Bay coast and neighboring San Mateo county communities from Pacifica to Pescadero, Danny Dimas brings EXPERIENCE in the always changing present real estate market. Originally, Danny Dimas got his real estate start in the fast-booming Arizona market in 2004. Always adapting to the market, he was always ahead of the curve in real estate trends. Doing his first short sale in 2006, Danny saw what was ahead. He was co-founder of one of the first private outsource Short Sale processing companies in AZ. He repeated this success with bank owned properties. Selling hundreds of bank owned (REO) homes for most of the major sellers in today's corporate market.

Danny has brought his experience and knowledge home to the coast where he raises his two sons. Danny and his wife Marina spend time supporting local athletic groups and volunteering for school activities. A portion of every one of Danny's closings goes to a local charity.
